At Bouclair, we want you to love every purchase you make in one of our stores, on our website or through our call centre (1-800-268-2524). If for any reason that’s not the case, we're here to help you exchange or return your items for a full refund (if eligible). Here's how our hassle-free return process works:
In-Store and Ship to Home Orders (Standard and Next-Day Delivery):
- Easy returns: You have a full 30 days from the date of purchase to bring back any items you do not wish to keep. Just make sure they're in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging (including bar code labels) to get a refund or exchange.
- Store returns: Bought or picked up in-store? Simply return it to any of our stores. We'll be more than happy to help.
- Ship to home orders: Prefer to shop from the comfort of your home? No problem! You can return items shipped to your home in any of our stores for free, or by mail. Just reach out to our friendly customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return label.
A Few Things to Know
- Small fee for mail returns: Returning your items by mail? We'll provide a prepaid return label, and a flat return fee of $9.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover shipping costs.
- The non-returnables Some items such as opened or used bedding (comforters, duvet covers, coverlets, bed sheets, pillows, duvets, baby crib sets), select bathroom items (shower curtains and towels), merchandise reduced by 50% or more, custom-cut blinds, special orders, gift cards and any product that has been used/modified/altered/washed are non-refundable.
- Refunds made simple: We'll refund the amount to your original method of payment (amount actually paid for the merchandise), minus any shipping and handling charges, as those are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, of course ).
- Proof of purchase: Bring your receipt or proof of purchase with you. If you can’t find it, we’ll do our best to help.

How to Package and Mail Your Return Items
- 1. Retrieve the prepaid return label using the contact form here
- 2. Fill out the return section on your packing slip, indicating the reason for the return.
- 3. Attach the prepaid return label we emailed you to your package.
- 4. Drop the package off at any Canada Post or Purolator location.
