Diane Roe is a multidisciplinary artist residing in the city of Montreal. After graduating from Concordia University with a BFA in 2017, she has made it her mission through her practice to create meaningful experiences through mark making, shapes, textures, and vibrant colorful composition. She is heavily influenced by the urban vibrant cityscape, in contrast with Quebec’s beautiful nature and landscapes. Diane is currently researching markings made digitally, manually, and environmentally.

The multidisciplinary artist has been to the Lawayaka art residency in 2016, she was a part of the art show at the Gamma Gallery in 2017, The Crtl_Alt_Del_ expo at the VAV Gallery in 2017. She also curated and was a part of the “Réalités Consumées” at the Espace 8 gallery in 2018. Diane participated in the 2021 Murale Festival, she has also created a mural at canette de ruelle 5th addition in 2021. Soon she hopes to have bigger walls, surfaces, and venues to better create an overall impactful, abstract experience for everyone.
