Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday until 5:00 pm (EST).
  • Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EST) will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders that are placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Your order will be processed upon receipt of credit card verification and authorization.
  • All orders will be shipped in either heavy-duty plastic bags or corrugated boxes.
  • Bouclair Gift Cards are mailed via Canada Post at no charge.
  • We only offer shipping within Canada.
  • Shipping is not available for P.O Box addresses due to shipper restrictions.
  • Choose the option to have your order delivered to a store closest to you. The majority of our items will be delivered for free. Some fees may apply for the delivery of oversized items. Contact our customer service department for more information.

  • Select the “Ship to Store” shipping method at checkout and then select the store location you would like to pick up your order.
  • An email will be sent to you advising you that your order has arrived at your selected store and ready for you to pick up during store business hours. Please confirm the store hours of your selected BOUCLAIR HOME location prior to pick-up.
  • Present a printed copy or present mobile version of your "Order at store, ready for pick-up" notification email and a government-issued photo ID to a Bouclair Home Sales Associate.
  • If you are sending someone to pick up your order for you, please provide their full name in the comments section at checkout. Your proxy is required to present the Sales Associate with:
    • A piece of government-issued photo ID
    • The order number
    • “Order at store, ready for pick-up” Notification email
  • For security purposes, you (or your proxy) will be asked to sign a copy of the packing slip confirming your order has been picked up. A confirmation email will also be sent.
  • Orders are shipped via Bouclair Home delivery trucks and delivered to stores on business days, excluding holidays.
  • You have 30 days to pick up your order from the moment you receive the confirmation that your order is ready for in-store pick-up. If the order is not picked up within the 30-day period, the store will return the merchandise to our Distribution centre and you will no longer be able to claim your order.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post OR Purolator (depending on the weight and size of the item) and delivered on business days, excluding holidays.

Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.

* Customer Pick-Up at Martel (Martel is our delivery service provider) or affiliates $35.00 Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm

  • An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order.
  • Once we have processed your order your order details and contact information will be sent to our freight carrier.
  • Our carrier will call you 1-2 days before your delivery date to schedule an estimated time of delivery. Time frames are routed geographically and cannot be changed.
  • Delivery is by appointment; Monday – Friday from 9am -4pm.
  • Includes two-man service, placement in a room of your choice.
  • If you are not available for our carrier to delivery after 7 business days, we will charge you $16 a day storage costs.
  • Deliveries must be changed 3 days before your scheduled delivery date to avoid a $35 rescheduling fee.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • IMPORTANT: A customer representative will contact you to notify you if additional shipping charges may apply for large orders or orders outside our local delivery areas.

When we receive your ship-to-store order, your payment will be captured once your item(s) have shipped from our distribution centre. Our contract is therefore created when we send you an email confirming that we have dispatched your merchandise or the first part of the merchandise covered by your order.

Every ship-to-store order is subject to Bouclair's current refund & exchange policy.
