Over recent weeks, Bouclair has closely monitored the COVID-19 global pandemic, and is committed to doing its part to keeping our employees, customers and communities safe.
In compliance with the guidelines issued by Quebec and Ontario Premiers, all Bouclair stores across Canada will be closed for shopping temporarily as of March 24th and until May 4th, 2020. Select stores will remain open during limited hours and days of operation, for the sole purpose of enabling contactless curbside pick up by appointment. As we are following government instructions, the reopening date is subject to change.

- All ship to home orders will be fulfilled as expected.
- Ship-to-store orders will be fulfilled as expected to select stores only, maintaining social distancing by offering contactless curbside pick up by appointment only, and no longer requiring signatures. Store hours and days of operation have shifted, please check prior to planning your visit. To coordinate curbside pick up, please call ahead to your selected store during operation hours, using the number on your pick up confirmation email.
- Ship-to-store orders placed on or before March 23rd, 2020 have begun the fulfillment process, however, given the circumstances, may experience a delay in their shipment to your chosen store and in your order pick up date.
- Orders awaiting pick up in stores that are closing temporarily, that have not been picked up by March 23rd, 2020, will be available for pick up once all stores reopen.
