BOUCLAIR STATEMENT RE: COVID-19

Over recent weeks, Bouclair has closely monitored the COVID-19 global pandemic, and is committed to doing its part to keeping our employees, customers and communities safe.

In compliance with the guidelines issued by Quebec and Ontario Premiers, all Bouclair stores across Canada will be closed for shopping temporarily as of March 24th and until May 4th, 2020. Select stores will remain open during limited hours and days of operation, for the sole purpose of enabling contactless curbside pick up by appointment. As we are following government instructions, the reopening date is subject to change.

Our website, www.bouclair.com, remains fully operational 24/7. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting local Canadian businesses such as ours at this time.

  • All ship to home orders will be fulfilled as expected.
  • Ship-to-store orders will be fulfilled as expected to select stores only, maintaining social distancing by offering contactless curbside pick up by appointment only, and no longer requiring signatures. Store hours and days of operation have shifted, please check prior to planning your visit. To coordinate curbside pick up, please call ahead to your selected store during operation hours, using the number on your pick up confirmation email.
  • Ship-to-store orders placed on or before March 23rd, 2020 have begun the fulfillment process, however, given the circumstances, may experience a delay in their shipment to your chosen store and in your order pick up date.
  • Orders awaiting pick up in stores that are closing temporarily, that have not been picked up by March 23rd, 2020, will be available for pick up once all stores reopen.

COVID-19 FAQs

Our online store remains open 24/7 for all your home decor shopping needs, with orders shipping to select stores for safe, contactless curbside pick up.
However, select stores are closed temporarily, without the option to pick up orders. Customers of these stores can choose between shipping to their home, or shipping to a nearby store that remains open for curbside pick up, if available. Click here to check your store.
If you have received a notice of your order having arrived at your chosen store for pick up, please check here in case the store’s hours have changed, or the store is temporarily closed.
To accommodate customers during this time, we will extend our pick up window beyond the usual 2 weeks. Our store associates may be able to accommodate curbside pick up to uphold social distancing - please call the store ahead of your visit to arrange this. If your order is awaiting pick up in a store that has temporarily closed, please get in touch with customer service to explore alternative fulfillment options.
Purchases made prior to the temporary closure of our stores, March 23rd 2020, within the 30 day return period, as late as February 22nd 2020 will be eligible for refunds for 3 weeks following the reopening date of our stores. Purchases made during our store closures will have a 60 day return period following the reopening date of our stores. Our regular return policy applies; final sale items and opened bedding cannot be returned, and please ensure to keep the product's original packaging. For more please visit our full return policy.
Processing times can vary based on the volume of orders we receive. Due to the extra precautions we are taking around COVID-19 at our warehouse, order processing is taking longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Due to the increase in online shopping across the country, shipping companies are also experiencing delays. Rest assured if you received an email that your order was shipped, your tracking number should become active soon. If your tracking number has still not become active after 10 business days, send us an email to customerservice@bouclair.com so we can investigate.
Don't worry, your order will be kept safe in the warehouse or store until we reopen our stores. If you want to ship your order to your home, send us your shipping address and order number to customerservice@bouclair.com so we can verify how to help you with this.
We are working with our warehouse staff to ensure they are working at a safe distance from other employees, and if employees feel uncomfortable or show symptoms of COVID-19 won’t be coming into work. In addition, please see our COVID-19 page to see what else Bouclair is doing.
Orders shipped via Canada Post or Purolator will generate a tracking number that you will receive by email as soon as your order ships. To track orders shipped to a store, please check HERE or contact our Customer Service at 1-800-268-2524 or by e-mailing customerservice@bouclair.com, Monday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm (ET), Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 am to 06:00 pm (ET).
