Orders

All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday until 3:00 pm (EST). Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EST), as well as orders placed on weekends and select holidays, will be processed the following business day.

Yes. Please contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-bouclair (268-2524), Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm (EST), Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST). One of our Customer Service Agents will be happy to help you with your order.

We do not allow for multiple shipping addresses on one order.

To cancel an order, login to your account and select the order you wish to cancel. It may be too late to cancel your order if it is already in the packing and shipping process.

A cancellation cannot be made once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

Yes, now we offer the PayPal option.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

We do not accept checks, certified checks or money orders.

Yes Coupons codes can be entered at checkout in the field titled "coupon code".

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday until 3:00 pm (EST). Orders placed after 3:00 pm (EST) as well as orders placed on weekends and select holidays will be processed the following business day. Estimated day of delivery is indicated at checkout as well as in your order confirmation email.

Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal code. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. We only offer shipping within Canada.

We offer standard ground shipping via courier when we ship to your home. Orders sent to a store are shipped via Bouclair transport.

Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and destination. Simply enter the delivery postal code in the "shipping" field at checkout to view shipping fee.

We only offer shipping within Canada.

In-store Pickup

Shop online from the convenience of your home and save associated shipping charges when you opt to pick-up your order from one of our stores.

HOW:

  • Select the "ship to store" option in the shopping cart and then select the location you would like to pick up your order.
  • An email will be sent to you advising you your order has arrived at your selected store and ready for you to pick up during store business hours. Please confirm store hours of your selected BOUCLAIR HOME location prior to pick-up.
  • Present a printed copy of your In-Store Order Pick-Up Notification email with your order number and a government-issued photo ID to a Bouclair Home Sales Associate.
  • If you are sending someone to pick up your order for you, please provide their full name in the xxxxx section of the checkout section. Your proxy is required to present the Sales Associate with:
    • A piece of government-issued photo ID
    • The order number
    • The In-Store Order Pick-up Notification email
  • For security purposes, you (or your proxy) will be asked to sign a release form confirming your order has been picked up. A confirmation email will also be sent.
  • Orders are shipped via Bouclair Home delivery trucks and delivered to stores on business days, excluding holidays

For your protection, only you or a designated proxy may pick up your order. During online checkout, simply provide the full name of the person who will pick up your order. Your designated pick-up person will need to bring the following to the store:

  • A piece of government-issued photo ID
  • The order number
  • The In-Store Order Pick-up Notification email

Your order will be available for in-store pick-up for seven (7) days from the date the order is ready. For your protection, if your complete order is not picked up within this timeframe, a Customer Service Representative will contact you. If you still do not pick-up your order, we will cancel the order and issue a refund based on the original form of payment.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online, you may exchange it (IN-STORE ONLY) or return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase date with original sales receipt.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used bedding (comforters, duvet covers, coverlets, bed sheets, pillows, duvets and baby crib sets), "door crashers," clearance merchandise (All Atelier products on clearance and products that are 50% off and over), custom-cut blinds and any product that has been modified/altered/washed.

We will refund you for the total purchase price of the item, plus tax, as soon as we verify that the item has been returned.

Gift Certificates

Bouclair Gift Certificates can be purchased at any Bouclair location and website. Gift cards can be purchased in denominations of $25 and $50. Can I redeem a Gift Certificates online?
