SHIPPING

• Gift cards are shipped by Canada Express Post and require a signature to be delivered for tracking and reliability (mail redirect not allowed). For this reason we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
• Shipping fees are:
• Quebec and Ontario: For orders of $50 and more: $4.95 per order. For orders under $50: $6.95 per order.
• Other provinces within Canada: $9.95 flat fee per order.
• Shipping in 3 business days to most major cities and 4 to 5 business days to outlying areas.
  
• Shipping within Canada only.
• All orders are processed the next business day from which the order is received (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a recognized holiday cannot be processed until the next regular business day.
• You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be provided to you.
• Bouclair is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping address.
• Bouclair is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen gift cards.
• Bouclair cannot guarantee package arrival dates and is not responsible for lost and stolen packages, but we will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us at giftcards@bouclair.com if you have any concerns regarding your order.
• All shipping charges are not refundable.
