BouClair offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may
return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible.

Conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible
for a refund).
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE
Return or exchange your purchase in person at any one
of our BouClair stores. Please bring your original receipt
with you. Consult our store locator
to find a BouClair store near you. It’s preferable to
return your merchandise to the same store where you bought
it. You will receive your refund at the same time.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
14 DAYS:
All merchandise must be returned no later than 14 calendar
days after it was bought.
DOCUMENTATION:
Your receipt must accompany your returned item(s) in order
to process your refund.
GOOD CONDITION:
All returned items must be in their original packaging and
deemed to be in an unused condition before they can be accepted
for a refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
We do not accept returns on merchandise sold by the meter,
patterns, cut blinds and merchandise that is not accompanied
with a receipt.
